12-Inch LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light

12-Inch LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light

โ˜… 4.5 (1,317)

Your basement laundry ceiling sits low, and a bulky fixture would clip a tall head. This round flush mount sits slim against the drywall and throws 2880 lumens of even light from a 24W draw, switching between 3000K warm, 4000K neutral, and 6500K daylight by touch. The frosted guide turns the LEDs into a soft sheet, so there is no glare disc on a 1 a.m. water run.

  • Throws 2880 lumens over a low laundry ceiling on a 24W draw, slim enough to clear a tall head
  • Frosted edge-lit guide converts the LED points into a soft sheet, killing the glare disc
  • 4.5-star average across 1,317 verified buyer reviews, the most-reviewed fixture here

42-Inch Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Light

42-Inch Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Light

โ˜… 4.6 (270)

Light sleepers give up on ceiling fans that hum and click by month two. This 42-inch flush mount fan turns on a pure-copper brushless DC motor, pushing 3014 CFM across five aerodynamic blades while staying near-silent overhead. Sleep mode varies the speed to mimic real wind, and the light dims 10-100% across 3000K, 4000K, and 6500K from the remote. Tap reverse for winter updraft without a ladder.

  • Pushes 3014 CFM across five blades on sleep mode, near-silent over a nursery
  • Pure-copper brushless DC motor drops the brush friction that makes an AC fan hum and click
  • Lifetime free part replacement on the fan, documented through the retailer

2x2 LED Backlit Panel, 0-10V Dimmable, 6-Pack

2x2 LED Backlit Panel, 0-10V Dimmable, 6-Pack

โ˜… 4.6 (316)

A conference room that reads dim on a projector day needs more output than a standard 40W panel gives. This backlit panel runs up to 60W and 7200 lumens, around 30% brighter than the usual 40W troffer, and dims stable from 0-100% on a 0-10V control with no flicker. A CRI above 85 keeps skin tones and printed color honest under it, and the side slot tunes 3000K through 6000K. The 100-277V driver takes a commercial line straight.

  • Floods 7200 lumens into a dim conference room, then scales to 25W on a 0-10V control
  • CRI above 85 keeps printed color and skin tones honest under the panel
  • Around 30% brighter than the standard 40W troffer it drops in beside

A full office grid usually means fixed-white troffers you cannot retune. This backlit panel ships a six-count and switches color temperatures from 3000K to 6000K on a side slot, plus 24W, 30W, or 40W to match the room. Triac dimming runs smooth 10-100% with no flicker, and three mount paths drop it into a T-bar grid or surface-mount a solid ceiling. The aluminum frame sinks heat so the 50,000-hour LEDs hold output.

  • Drops a six-count into an office grid, each panel switching 3000K-6000K and 24-40W
  • Aluminum frame sinks LED heat so output holds toward 50,000 hours
  • ETL listed across the six-count, backed by a 5-year warranty

1x4 FT LED Flat Panel Light, Surface Mount, 2-Pack

1x4 FT LED Flat Panel Light, Surface Mount, 2-Pack

โ˜… 4.3 (251)

Kitchen and office ceilings often hide a junction box with no ground wire, and this surface panel installs around that, hardwired straight to line voltage. The pair switches color temperatures from 3000K to 6000K on a side slot and throws 4980 lumens from edge LEDs, dimming 10-100% on a Triac dimmer with no buzz. A sealed mounting plate keeps flying insects and dust out of the housing. Check your box first: no ground wire ships in the kit.

  • Spreads 4980 lumens flat over a kitchen counter, edge-lit with no center hotspot
  • Sealed mounting plate keeps dust and insects out of the housing
  • 5-year warranty on the pair; note no ground wire ships, so check your junction box

1x4 LED Flat Panel Light, Surface Mount, 2-Pack

โ˜… 4.2 (198)

A 1x4 footprint over a garage bench or a galley kitchen wants daylight you can re-tune, not one locked white. This edge-lit surface panel ships a pair and switches color temperatures from 3000K to 6000K on a side slot, no diffuser pull. Each panel throws 4980 lumens from 480 edge LEDs and runs 24W, 30W, or 40W, dimming smooth 10-100% on a Triac switch. At a slim 0.98 inches it surface-mounts a low ceiling, or drops into a grid.

  • Throws 4980 lumens over a garage bench, re-tuning 3000K-6000K from a side slot
  • 480 edge LEDs fire from the frame so the light spreads flat, not in a center hotspot
  • Re-tunes color after install where a fixed-CCT troffer locks one white forever

2x2 LED Drop Ceiling Panel, 10-Pack

2x2 LED Drop Ceiling Panel, 10-Pack

โ˜… 4.6 (69)

Retrofitting a whole drop ceiling at once means hauling fixtures one box at a time, unless they ship a ten-count. This recessed panel comes ten to the carton at 40W and 4998 lumens each, slim at 0.88 inches so it tucks into a shallow plenum. Triac dimming runs 10-100% with no flicker or hum, and the side slot tunes 3000K through 6000K per room. An IP42 rating shrugs off dust and the odd drip in a basement grid.

  • Lands a matched ten-count for a full drop-ceiling retrofit, 4998 lumens each
  • 0.88-inch back-lit body tucks into a shallow plenum a thicker troffer will not clear
  • ETL listed and IP42-rated, covered by a 5-year warranty across the ten-count

150W LED Linear High Bay Light, 2-Pack

150W LED Linear High Bay Light, 2-Pack

โ˜… 4.3 (104)

A two-car garage stays gloomy under a single bulb, and a high bay fixes it without a commercial bill. This 150W linear high bay throws 20,250 lumens of 5000K daylight and tilts 180 degrees, so you aim the light onto the bench or the engine bay instead of the floor. A built-in 0-10V driver dims it 10-100% flicker-free when full output is overkill. One person hangs it with the included hardware.

  • Throws 20,250 lumens of 5000K daylight and tilts 180 degrees onto a garage bench

โ˜… 4.3 (30)

A high-ceiling shop or warehouse bay swallows light, and a standard fixture leaves the corners dark. This 200W linear high bay is the brightest fixture here, flooding 27,000 lumens of 5000K daylight from SMD2835 chips, with 150W and 100W steps when a bay needs less. The 0-10V driver dims it 10-100% flicker-free, and the body tilts to aim the beam down an aisle. One installer hangs the pair with the included mounts.

  • Floods 27,000 lumens of 5000K daylight into a high-ceiling bay, the brightest fixture here
  • SMD2835 chips light instantly cold, with no HID warm-up hum

Why Skeptical Installers Pick These Panels

Every reason below ties to a number on the spec sheet or a third-party ETL file, with 2,725 buyer reviews stress-testing the rest.

Third-Party Tested, Not Self-Certified

Pull the ETL and UL files on any fixture here; every panel, the fan, and the high bay carry a listed mark, not a printed badge.

Still Full Brightness in Year Six

Run a panel daily and it holds output toward 50,000 hours with no yellowing, a claim 2,725 verified reviews back at a 4.48-star average.

Aluminum Housing Holds the Screw Line

Torque the mounting screw and the cast-aluminum frame stays flat instead of dimpling like stamped tin, and it sinks LED heat off the edge-lit frame.

Kill the Fluorescent Flicker and Drone

Rip out the buzzing troffer; the panel replaces it at 40W, dims to 10% with no strobe, and goes dead silent overhead.

Warm Dinner Light to Daylight Work, One Switch

Picture the kitchen at 3000K over dinner, then flip the slot to 6000K to read a recipe; same fixture, no bulb swap, no ladder twice.

Five-Year Warranty, Lifetime Fan Parts

Notice what the box rarely promises: panels carry a 5-year warranty and the ceiling fan adds lifetime free part replacement, documented through the retailer.

From Box to Ceiling Without a Second Hardware-Store Trip

The install runs from dimmer match to flicker-free dim, and the one decision that trips most first-timers comes first.

  1. 1

    Match the dimmer first

Pick a Triac dimmer for the flat panels, 0-10V for high bay and the 60W backlit upgrade; confirm before you wire.

  2. 2

Wire and clip the safety cable

Connect line voltage to the leads, hook the built-in safety cable, then surface, flush, or drop mount with the supplied screws.

  3. 3

    Set the color temperature

Slide the side slot to anywhere from 3000K to 6000K before you snap the diffuser on; no fixture removal to change it later.

  4. 4

    Dim and confirm no flicker

Run the matched dimmer from 10% to 100% and watch for steady output with no strobe and no buzz.

Not feature names, but the moments an installer reaches for the slot switch, the dimmer, the bracket, and the motor.

1x4 LED Flat Panel Light โ€” side slot CCT switch

Go From Warm Dinner Glow to Daylight Work Without Buying a Second Fixture

The side slot switches color temperatures from 3000K to 6000K, so one 1x4 panel covers a warm bedroom and a daylight workbench. You reach up, slide the tab, and the panel shifts from amber dinner light to crisp 6000K for reading a torque spec. No diffuser pull, no rewiring, no second fixture left on the shelf.

  • Slide the side tab from 3000K to 6000K in a second; the diffuser stays snapped shut the whole time.
  • The edge-lit panel spreads 4980 lumens flat because 480 LED beads fire from the frame, not a center cluster.
  • Where a fixed-CCT panel locks you into one white forever, this one re-tunes after the drywall is up.

12-Inch LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light dimmed low over a kitchen

Dim the Kitchen to 10% After Midnight With No Strobe and No Hum

Run the round flush mount down to 10% on a Triac dimmer and the light fades smooth, no strobe flashing off the countertop. The frosted diffuser scatters 2880 lumens into soft area light at an RG1 blue-light level, so a 1 a.m. snack run doesn't sear your eyes. No buzz drones from the fixture the way a mismatched LED retrofit hums on a wall dimmer.

  • Dial the Triac dimmer to 10% for a midnight glass of water; the panel holds steady with no flashing edge.
  • The frosted guide kills hotspots because it converts the LED point source into an even sheet, not a glare disc.
  • Where a bare retrofit disc buzzes on a wall dimmer, this flush mount stays silent through the full 10-100% sweep.

2x2 LED Flat Panel Light lowered into a suspended drop-ceiling grid

Drop It Into a Grid Ceiling or Surface-Mount a Slim Profile on a Low Garage

Lower a 2x2 backlit panel into a suspended T-bar grid, clip the built-in safety cable, and the office ceiling is done before lunch. Drop the same fixture face-up onto a low garage ceiling with the supplied screws when there is no grid. Three mount paths ship in the box, so a tight basement and a commercial drop ceiling both take the same panel.

  • Clip the safety cable before you let go of the panel in a grid; it catches the fixture if a T-bar shifts.
  • The supplied screw kit covers surface, flush, and drop mounting, so you skip the second hardware-store run.
  • Where a drop-only troffer strands you on a solid ceiling, this panel surface-mounts on the same brackets.

42-Inch Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Light running low in a dim bedroom

Run the Bedroom Fan All Night and Still Hear the Baby Monitor

The 42-inch flush fan runs a pure-copper brushless DC motor, so it pushes 3014 CFM across five blades while staying near-silent overhead. Switch on sleep mode and the speed drifts like real wind, quiet enough that a light sleeper still catches the monitor two rooms over. Tap the remote to reverse it for winter updraft, warm 3000K light glowing low on a black hugger body.

  • Set sleep mode at bedtime; the motor varies frequency to mimic natural wind and stays under the monitor's volume.
  • The brushless DC motor runs quiet because it drops the brush friction that makes an AC fan hum and click.
  • Reverse the blades from the remote in winter to push warm air down off the ceiling, no ladder and no pull chain.

Allsmartlife LED ceiling fixtures installed in a bright modern interior

The Anaheim Lighting Maker That's Shipped ETL Fixtures Since 2002

You've seen "long life" stamped on panels that yellowed inside a year. Allsmartlife has built LED ceiling fixtures in Anaheim, California since 2002, and the listed ETL and UL files are public on every one. What you get is a 50,000-hour rating that holds full brightness with no yellowing, but one detail the box buries: several panels ship without a ground wire, so check your junction box before you start.

You pick from flat panels, low-profile flush mounts, a near-silent ceiling fan, and linear high bay shop lights, all switching color temperatures and dimming flicker-free. A daytime garage retrofit drops a pair of 150W high bay lights over the bench at 20,250 lumens, then dims them to 10% on a 0-10V dimmer when you are just walking through. Across the range, 2,725 verified buyer reviews average 4.48 stars, and a 5-year warranty stands behind the panels.

What Build-Quality Doubts Actually Hold Up

The worries that fill panel reviews, and the spec or third-party file that settles each before you wire it in.

The bracket bends the second you torque the screw

Stop fighting stamped-tin brackets that flex and let the panel sag. The cast-aluminum housing holds the screw line under a driver and sinks LED heat instead of trapping it, a build 2,725 verified reviews keep rating at 4.48 stars.

4.48-star average across 2,725 verified buyer reviews

Side screws stare back at you after the panel is up

Strip away the worry about exposed hardware: the edge-lit slim profile and frosted diffuser hide the mounting line, so a flush-mounted panel shows a clean face, not a ring of screw heads.

Your Triac dimmer turns the panel into a strobe

Kill the flicker by matching the dimmer to the fixture: Triac for the flat panels, 0-10V for the high bay and the 60W backlit upgrade. Matched right, it sweeps 10-100% with no strobe and no buzz.

The new fixture hums louder than the fluorescent it replaced

End the drone overhead. The flush mount fan turns on a pure-copper brushless DC motor that runs near-silent at 3014 CFM, quiet enough a light sleeper still hears the baby monitor down the hall.

One unit dies two months in and nobody answers

Toss the dead-on-arrival dread. Panels carry a 5-year warranty, the ceiling fan adds lifetime free part replacement, and a unit that fails ships back for a documented replacement through the retailer inside the return window.

Who Mounts These and Who Should Skip Them

The weekend installer, the garage tinkerer, the office manager, and the light sleeper these fixtures were sized for.

The DIY-er Swapping a Buzzing Troffer This Weekend

You pull the humming fluorescent troffer Saturday morning, drop a panel into the same grid, match the Triac dimmer, and read by neutral 4500K by lunch. The safety cable and screws are already in the box.

The Garage Tinkerer Reading a Torque Spec at Midnight

You hang a pair of 150W high bay lights over the workbench, tilt them 180 degrees onto the engine bay, and flood 20,250 lumens of 5000K daylight across the floor. Dim to 10% on the 0-10V dimmer when you are just grabbing a wrench.

The Office Manager Retrofitting a Drop-Ceiling Grid

You lower backlit panels into the existing T-bar, set a neutral 4500K for the floor, and dim the conference room on a 0-10V switch for the projector. The 100-277V driver handles the building's commercial line.

The Light Sleeper Who Hates a Humming Bedroom Fan

You run the brushless DC flush fan on sleep mode at a warm 3000K, near-silent overhead, and still catch the monitor two rooms down. Reverse it from the remote when winter flips the airflow.

Skip these ifโ€ฆ

  • Not for a wet shower stall or an open porch in the rain; most panels and the high bay are damp-resistant at best, so reach for an IP-rated fixture for a covered bathroom.
  • Skip these if you want a plug-in lamp; every fixture is hardwired line-voltage, and several ship without a ground wire, so you need a junction box and basic wiring know-how.

Day 1 to Year One on the Same Fixture

From the first hardwire to a panel still at full output years later, here is the timeline and where the warranty sits.

  1. Day 1

Unbox, clip the safety cable, set the side slot to your room's CCT, and hardwire to the matched dimmer. Run it the first 30 days; free returns through the retailer if your dimmer turns out to mismatch.

  2. Week 1

Live with 4500K neutral in the garage and flip to 3000K warm over the bed, the same panel covering both with no second purchase.

  3. Month 1

Watch the power draw fall against the fluorescent troffer the panel replaced, and notice no flicker fatigue under the frosted diffuser by evening.

  4. Year 1+

The panel still throws full brightness toward its 50,000-hour rating with no yellowing, and the 5-year warranty still covers a driver failure while the fan keeps lifetime parts.

Questions Buyers Ask Before They Wire One In

From dimmer matching to ground wires, the answers skeptical installers want before the ladder comes out.

What is a LED flat panel light?

A LED flat panel light is a slim ceiling fixture with LEDs firing from the edge or back of a frosted sheet, spreading even light with no visible bulb. Allsmartlife panels run 0.88 to 1.33 inches thick, switch color temperatures from 3000K to 6000K on a side slot, and mount surface, flush, or into a drop-ceiling grid. They replace fluorescent troffers and incandescent globes at up to 85% less energy.

What makes these fixtures different from other panel brands?

Selectable everything sets them apart: color temperatures from a side slot, 24W/30W/40W on one fixture, and Triac or 0-10V dimming depending on the model. A cast-aluminum housing sinks heat where stamped tin traps it, and every fixture carries an ETL or UL listing. The track record runs to 2,725 verified buyer reviews at a 4.48-star average, behind fixtures shipping since 2002.

Are LED flat panel lights dimmable?

Flat panels here dim from 10% to 100%, but the dimmer type has to match. The flat panels use a Triac forward-phase wall dimmer, while the high bay lights and the 60W backlit upgrade use a 0-10V control. Matched correctly, output sweeps smooth with no flicker and no buzz. A mismatch is the most common cause of strobing, not a fault in the panel.

How long do these LED ceiling lights last?

The LEDs carry a 50,000-hour rating, roughly 11 years at 12 hours a day, and the housing is built to hold full brightness with no yellowing across that span. The integrated driver, not a replaceable bulb, is the part that ages, which is why the panels carry a 5-year warranty. Owners across 2,725 reviews report steady output well past the first year.

Who installs these and who should not?

DIY installers comfortable with line-voltage wiring are the core fit: swapping a troffer, hanging a garage high bay, or retrofitting a drop ceiling. Every fixture is hardwired, not plug-in, and several ship without a ground wire, so a junction box and basic wiring skill are needed. Anyone wanting a lamp that plugs into an outlet, or a waterproof shower light, should look elsewhere.

Will the side screws show after the panel is mounted?

On the edge-lit surface panels, the slim profile and frosted diffuser hide the mounting line, so a flush-mounted panel shows a clean white face instead of a ring of screw heads. The mounting plate sits behind the diffuser, and the sliding-and-locking design pulls the panel tight to the ceiling. Drop-grid installs hide the hardware above the T-bar entirely.

Are the mounting brackets sturdy or will they bend?

The housing is cast aluminum, not stamped tin, so it holds the screw line under a driver instead of dimpling when you torque it down. The same aluminum sinks heat off the LEDs, which keeps output steady over time. Buyers who flagged flimsy brackets on cheaper panels rate this build at a 4.48-star average across 2,725 reviews. A safety cable also ships in the box.

What is the CRI and will colors look natural?

Most listings here do not publish a CRI number, so treating it as unstated is the honest answer. The exception is the 60W backlit panel, which specs a CRI above 85, enough to keep skin tones and printed color reading true. Across the panels, a frosted diffuser at an RG1 blue-light level softens the output to reduce glare. For color-critical work, the rated backlit panel is the safer pick.

Do they flicker when dimmed?

Matched to the right dimmer, they hold steady from 10% to 100% with no visible flicker. The flat panels need a Triac forward-phase dimmer; the high bay and 60W backlit panel need a 0-10V control. Flicker complaints almost always trace to a Triac dimmer wired to a 0-10V fixture or the reverse. The driver is built flicker-free, so the dimmer match does the work.

Can I change the color temperature after it is installed?

The side slot switch sets the color temperature, and you reach it without removing the fixture or pulling the diffuser. Slide it anywhere from 3000K warm to 6000K daylight, then snap the diffuser shut. Most panels offer all five steps; the round flush mount offers three, at 3000K, 4000K, and 6500K. Set it before final mounting if the slot will be hard to reach overhead.

How thin are they for a low or tight ceiling?

Thickness runs by model. The edge-lit surface panels sit at 0.98 inches, the drop-ceiling ten-count at 0.88, and the back-lit panels at 1.2 to 1.33. The round flush mount hugs the ceiling for a basement or laundry. On a low ceiling, the edge-lit panels clear the most headroom; the back-lit panels trade a little depth for higher output.

Are they bright enough to light a two-car garage?

A two-car garage takes serious output. A pair of 150W high bay lights throws 20,250 lumens of 5000K daylight and tilts 180 degrees to aim at the bench. For a brighter or higher-ceiling shop, the 200W high bay floods 27,000 lumens. For a single bay or a basement shop, two 1x4 surface panels at 4980 lumens each cover a work zone well.
